Nov. 3. Never accuse or confront anyone. First ask him, as supportively as possible, “Did you do it?” And then ask, “Why did you?” Try to give him the benefit of any existing doubt. If no doubt exists, at least respect his right to make his own mistakes. In this way, he will know that you are his friend. And isn’t that a consideration you yourself would like from everybody?
